Bye, Bye July...Hello Currently!

I am not sure what happened to July. All I know it is gone leaving me with some wonderful summer memories. Which now leaves me to once again join Farley for Currently.

Listening: A portion of my summer nights are spend on decks of local restaurants listening to local musicians- who now might consider my family groupies. But seriously they are amazing!

Loving: So many fun and wonderful things are happening or have happened...like getting a teaching job! I have a long weekend vacation with my mom and aunts coming up.

Thinking: About all the possibilities for my classroom...they are endless at the moment since I have been given no restrictions as of yet.

Wanting: A pair of Keens to go with all the khakis I will have to be wearing.

Needing: I feel overwhelmed because I feel behind and that I have so much to do that I have no idea how much. So yes when any of you are done with the printing and laminating fairy please send her or him my way. Thanks!

B2s: Printer/Laminator they are a combo package and work all hours.
Pencils: I dislike and I really stress the dislike sharpening pencils. So the more I can have sharpened ahead of time the better.
Organization: I love the feeling of being organized with all my teaching materials and within the classroom. I feel so much at ease and feel I am ready to taken on whatever is throw at me.

  1. Hi Jessica! I found you through Farley's Currently linky. I noticed that you mentioned that you'll be wearing a lot of khakis this year...do you have to wear a uniform to work? Also, do you have your own laminator? You can get a Scotch laminator from Amazon or Target for only $25 (give or take a few dollars), and the laminating pockets are only $14 for 50. I use mine constantly, and I can't recommend it enough!

    I'm your newest follower!

  3. Thanks for commenting on my blog! It's so nice to see that you're going out supporting local musicians! I'm sure they're thrilled to have groupies haha! Also, I just thought I'd let you know how much I love that you coordinated the colours of each category - If only I was that good!

  4. Comfortable school shoes are a must. You must have a school uniform of sorts if you're wearing lots of khakis. :)
