Five For Friday {First Time Ever!}

The biggest news since my last post is I GOT A TEACHING JOB!!! Woo-hoo!!
I am the newest 1st/2nd grade teacher! Which seems like a dream because I love both of those grades and get the best and the worst of both.
It is August, meaning it is summer and I am actually aware of the fact it is a Friday. Since I am aware of my days I decided to link up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for my first Five for Friday!

1. My Summer Job View

I started working construction three weeks ago. Honestly, in all craziness, I loved every minute of it. Psst...my favorite part of it was roofing! Yes those hot shingles, being up high, and those roofing nail guns. This was my view for two days this week as I worked on a house on Lake Michigan. 

2. Crazy Cats

There are two cats floating and racing around the house. They have decided my bed and clothes are the place to be. Today this one decided inside my beach bag while on my bed was the best napping place. 

3. A Little Hammock Action

There is really not a better place to nap or read a book than here. Ok maybe the beach is just slightly above. 

4. My Construction Get-Up

Sadly today was my last day working construction...at least for now. In the few weeks I did work I acquired these tools for my self. It even includes ear plugs to block out the loud noise and ringing from all those nail guns. 

5. Target Dollar Shopping!

Since I got a teaching job this week, I finally got to pursue the dollar section for my own classroom. Here is the first of probably many stashes. Love those Dry-Erase Pockets.
