Since I ask you to share your favorite summer treat I am sharing mine. I just discovered this. Of course it is Pinterest inspired but seriously is so delicious and even breakfast approved- Banana Ice Cream.

Here is the link I used for the recipe or I wrote it below for you too.
4 ripe brown speckled bananas
2 tbps peanut butter
2 tps cocoa powder

You slice up and freeze the bananas. Once frozen blend the bananas until creamy. It can take a few minutes. Then add the peanut butter and cocoa powder. Blend until all mixed then enjoy! You can save some in the freeze because it does make quite a bit.
