Seven Snow Days & Freebies

I have had seven, yes seven, snow days. As a teacher I know I am supposed to enjoy them and I did at first but now I am over them. I want school! We are still on the same unit we start when we got back from Winter break. I really want to just teach and have a normal week with my sweet second graders.

With all these snow days
(but really they are more rain and ice days, snow is lacking here in Michigan)
it has left me with time to make some new items for my classroom. Honestly working on five packets right now.

Here are two Freebies to share with you right now. One is a SCOOT game to practice three digit addition.

Here is my copy all ready and waiting for my students to see it.

The other is verb posters for the types of verbs- action, linking, and helping.

Click on the pictures to grab a copy. Both are part of the packets I am working on. Here's hoping for no more snow days
... at least for awhile.

  2. I really love the first freebie- something my kids can always use practice with. Thank you!

SEVEN snow days? Wow! I'm in an area that does get snow (northern Indiana), but my city school's gotten nothing besides one 2-hour delay. I like snow days to a point, but after 7 I bet you're ready to get in the groove and get something done!
